Repair & Refurbishment of Rotary Airlock Rotors

Rotary airlock rotors are subject to high levels of wear due to abrasive media and continuous operation.

As part of the repair and refurbishment process, worn areas are professionally reconditioned, sealing and functional surfaces are renewed, and dimensional accuracy is restored. The rotor is then inspected and handed over ready for installation.

Refurbishment of a DN 1.800 × 1.800 mm gravel sluice
