Trough screw heat exchanger

Industrial trough screw heat exchangers convey and cool bottom ash at the boiler discharge. The system processes 5 t/h and reduces the temperature from 600 °C to 120 °C.

Cooled conveyor screw shaft for material protection

Discharge screw shafts for conveying bottom ash from the boiler discharge. The system achieves a conveying capacity of 10.5 t/h. The surface is equipped with a wear-resistant hardfacing material.

Tube Screw Heat Exchanger SWT-R DN 630
The SWT-R DN 630 tube screw heat exchanger is designed for conveying and heat transfer (cooling) of iron ore. The system processes up to 2 tonnes per hour.

Trough screw conveyor DN 350

The DN 350 infeed screw conveyor is designed for the reliable conveying of ash. It is suitable for temperatures of 300 to 400 °C and features a replaceable trough liner for maintenance-friendly operation and a long service life.

The DN 250 trough screw conveyor is designed for the reliable conveying of coal. It is temperature-resistant up to 300 °C. The screw shaft and trough are lined with wear-resistant hardfacing material and designed for heavy-duty applications.

Hydrated lime dosing unit

Dosing system for the precise discharge of hydrated lime with infinitely variable conveying capacity from 30 to 1.000 kg/h.

Coated mixer shaft

Mixer shaft with a wear-resistant coating for high mechanical and thermal loads. The surface coating minimizes wear, extends service life and ensures economical plant operation. The blades, support arms and mixer paddles are coated with tungsten carbide. The main shaft is rubber-lined.

Rotary airlocks – forced-clearance rotary airlock

Forced-clearance rotary airlock ZS-R DN 400 × 500, pressure-resistant against pressure surges up to 10 bar

Robust rotary airlock for conveying coal at capacities of up to 75 m³/h. Temperature-resistant up to 350 °C and ideal for continuous operation. Compact overall height of 1.050 mm, ensuring reliable material flow.

The scraper continuously cleans the rotary valve pockets.

Dosing Rotary Valve for Ready-Mix Mortar: Conveying Capacity: 120 m³/h

Our dosing rotary valve is specially designed for the precise and reliable discharge of ready-mix mortar. It ensures consistent material dosing and provides a continuous conveying process – even at high throughput rates.
